No so much! Yes, we are pregnant again. This is, without a doubt, out last child. We are very excited. Please keep everything crossable crossed that we have a boy this time. We will be happy with a health baby but as you all know, we would really like a boy. Justin pretty much decided that he wanted to have another baby before going to boot camp. Walah! (Not sure about how that is supposed to be spelled, but oh well.) I've known for about a month we were expecting but I wanted to make sure all was well before spreading the word. I am 8 weeks and 4 days today and our due date is November 5th. Happy Birthday to me! Lol. I had to tell Justin in a letter and yesterday I sent him a picture of the first sonogram. He is very happy about the news. I informed him we are going to need a larger vehicle and his reply was, "Yes, I'm going to buy us a 1996 Ford Aerostar!" Ha ha...I don't think so. He went on to say that he was thinking more along the lines of a Tahoe. Although I'd prefer a pimped out minivan than an over sized gas guzzler, I guess we'll see what we see.
I did receive a phone call from Justin this past Saturday night. He passed all of his PT (Physical Training) tests and earned a phone call. I got to talk to him for about seven minutes and then he squad leader asked him to walk outside with him and let him have another phone call. We talked for about fifteen minutes all together. He got to talk to girls, too. He is tired of the cold, wet, weather and he is tired of the group of kids constantly getting the whole platoon in trouble with their mouths and lack of respect. They've had to eat outside on more than a few occassions. Their platoon graduated to second stage only to move back to the first due to the trouble makers I mentioned earlier. Other than that, he's doing well. He really enjoys hearing his name at mail call since their are several in his platoon who have yet to get a single letter from a loved one. I can't imagine how tough that would be.
The girls are doing well. Allie is a chatter box! She's really growing up. She is still mischevious as all get out.... always ready to get in to something. She has really started talking alot and she still looks just like her Daddy! Mikayla is really loving all the kids she has to play with here. You wouldn't realize she's only three unless you know her. She cut her own hair last night. Lol. I was putting Allie's pajamas on her last night and when I walked into the bathroom to brush their teeth, she was standing on top of the sink with my dad's trimming scissors, cutting away. Luckily, she did a pretty good job. Despite the amount of hair she cut (quite a bit), you can't even see exactly where she started or ended.
We're expecting rain today and the temp is supposed dip a little so I'm not sure what we'll be doing. Tomorrow is going to be 85 and we're expecting a gorgeous weekend. Next Saturday is a big Easter Egg Hunt at the Botanical Gardens and I plan on taking the girls. They have staggered hunts for the different ages and then they have a family egg hunt where you can hunt for prizes.
I better get these girls ready for the day. I hope you are all doing well! We love and miss all of you!
